Quartz

Quartz Pool Finishes combines crushed quartz aggregate with a durable cement base to create a smooth and refined interior surface that outperforms standard plaster. It provides a balanced feel underfoot, softer than a pebble finish yet more resilient than plain plaster, making it a smart and lasting choice for both residential and commercial pools.

Quartz is available in both pigmented and non-pigmented options, offering enhanced color and a natural white finish.

Beyond appearance, these textured finishes are built for long-term performance. They feel comfortable underfoot, are easy to maintain, and withstand years of sun, water, and active use. With a wide selection of colors and blends, you can create the water tone and atmosphere that suits your lifestyle, whether you prefer something vibrant, calm, exotic, or bold.

SURFACE STRUCTURE

Quartz finishes use a blend of crushed quartz and plaster to create a smooth and uniform interior surface. The quartz aggregate increases surface hardness and helps reduce the appearance of streaking and mottling. However, the finish still contains a higher percentage of exposed cement compared to pebble-based systems. This makes the texture soft underfoot while maintaining a clean and consistent appearance.

PERFORMANCE AND DURABILITY

Quartz provides better strength and color stability than standard plaster, yet it remains more sensitive to water chemistry than pebble or aggregate finishes. When properly maintained, it offers reliable performance, but imbalanced water can cause etching, fading, or surface wear over time. Quartz is a solid choice for those seeking a smooth feel, moderate durability, and an upgraded look compared to basic plaster.
