Tile Samples
Your first tile sample order is complimentary for up to 3 tile samples and ships at no cost.
Additional tile sample requests are subject to the following shipping charges:
- Up to 3 tile samples: Complimentary for one order per household/address
- 4–6 tile samples: $15 shipping charge
- 7 or more tile samples: $20 shipping charge
The complimentary sample program is limited to one free order per household/address, regardless of whether fewer than three samples were requested in the first order.
If payment is required, it must be provided before samples are shipped.
Hardscape and Stone Samples
Natural stone and hardscape samples ship for a flat $20 shipping fee.
Sample Limits
To keep our sample program fair and available to all customers, complimentary sample requests are limited to one free order per household/address.
If a household has already received a complimentary sample order, any additional sample requests may be subject to the applicable shipping charge, even if the new request includes three or fewer tile samples.
Sample requests may be adjusted or declined based on availability, order history, or duplicate requests from the same household/address.
