When someone requests or uses Pro Access, Aquabella may collect:

- Business name and contact information

- Job title or role
- Aquabella customer account information
- Account login and activation information
- Pro Access activity, including saved favorites, Media Bank activity, and sample request history
- Information submitted through forms or communications
Aquabella only collects information reasonably needed to provide, manage, secure, and improve Pro Access.
2. How We Use Information
Aquabella may use this information to:
- Review Pro Access requests
- Verify that a business has a valid Aquabella customer account
- Connect users to the correct business
- Create and manage business and individual user accounts
- Send approval, activation, account, and security communications
- Provide Pro Access tools and services
- Maintain account security and prevent misuse
- Respond to questions and support requests
- Understand how Pro Access is used and improve the customer experience
3. Company Account Information
Pro Access is organized by business account.
Authorized users associated with the same business may be able to view shared company information, including sample request history and company users.
Business administrators may invite users, view account membership, and remove access for people associated with their business.
Personal favorites may remain private to the individual user unless otherwise stated within Pro Access.
4. How Information May Be Shared
Aquabella may share information with service providers that help us:
- Operate and maintain Pro Access
- Host and secure the platform
- Send account communications
- Manage customer information
- Analyze platform performance
These service providers may only use the information as necessary to provide services to Aquabella.
Aquabella may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security of Pro Access, or to investigate misuse.
Aquabella does not sell Pro Access account information.
5. Information Security
Aquabella uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect Pro Access information.
Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and keeping their account information secure.
Passwords and login information should not be shared with other people.
6. Information Retention
Aquabella keeps Pro Access information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and manage the account
- Maintain business and activity records
- Meet legal and operational requirements
- Protect the security and integrity of the platform
Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed.
7. User Choices and Account Changes
Users may update certain information through their Pro Access account or by contacting Aquabella.
Business administrators may remove access for users who no longer work for or represent their business.
Users may contact Aquabella to ask questions about their information or request available corrections or changes.
Marketing communications are optional and are managed separately from essential Pro Access account communications.
8. Changes to This Notice
Aquabella may update this Privacy Notice as Pro Access changes or as our privacy practices are updated.
The current version will be available through Pro Access.
