Our Story

Aquabella’s story began in 1971 when Brian Streadbeck, then a high school student working as a ditch digger in Salt Lake City, Utah, laid the foundation for a remarkable journey. His ascent from a “gofer” to the manager of a new warehouse in Ogden, Utah, at the age of 21, marked the inception of a successful career.

Leveraging his experience, Brian established a new venture under his art company, Main Street Art, in 2009.

Despite the challenges of the 2009 recession, the company, rebranded as Aquabella in 2016, not only survived but thrived through a commitment to continuous product development and unwavering customer service.

Expansion and National Growth

In 2017, Brian expanded Aquabella’s reach by acquiring Lauderdale Tile & Marble Supply Co. in Florida, setting the stage for nationwide growth. The year 2020 witnessed an exciting chapter for Aquabella USA, with the opening of warehouses and showrooms across the United States. Guided by strategic leadership, Aquabella established stores in various locations, adding momentum to its expansion.

In 2024, Aquabella took another step into expansion with the opening of a new location in Jacksonville, FL.

In 2025, Aquabella proudly acquired US Pool Tile, further strengthening its national presence and expertise. This strategic move added two new locations — Atlanta and Philadelphia — along with a team of experienced, trained professionals. The company looks ahead with optimism, propelled by its rich history and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
