Aquabella Pro Access is available to approved Aquabella trade customers and their authorized employees.
1. Eligibility
Access is limited to businesses with a valid Aquabella customer account.
Aquabella may approve, decline, suspend, or remove access when necessary.
2. Individual Accounts
Each user must have an individual account.
Login information and passwords may not be shared.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure.
3. Business Administrators
Each business may have one or more business administrators.
Business administrators may invite and remove employees connected to their company.
Business administrators are responsible for removing access when an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access.
4. Company Information
Users may only access information connected to their assigned business.
Users may not attempt to access another company’s account, records, files, or activity.
5. Samples
Pro Access does not change the Aquabella sample request process.
All current rules for availability, quantities, payment, shipping, and product restrictions continue to apply.
Pro Access may not be used to bypass sample request rules or request larger quantities.
6. Digital Materials
Images, textures, logos, brochures, product information, and other materials available through Pro Access remain the property of Aquabella or their respective owners.
Materials may only be used to promote, present, specify, or sell Aquabella products.
Digital materials may not be sold, redistributed, or used to represent another manufacturer or product.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Share account access
- Misuse Pro Access tools or materials
- Provide access to unauthorized individuals
- Attempt to access another business account
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Use Pro Access for unlawful or misleading purposes
8. Product Information
Product information, images, specifications, availability, and other content may change without notice.
Users should confirm current product information before making final purchasing, specification, or installation decisions.
9. Suspension or Removal
Aquabella may suspend or remove a user or business account when:
- Access is shared improperly
- The user is no longer associated with the business
- The business account is closed or restricted
- Pro Access or its materials are misused
- These Terms are violated
10. Changes to Pro Access
Aquabella may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any Pro Access feature at any time.
11. Acceptance
By activating a Pro Access account, the user confirms that they are authorized to access the account on behalf of the business and agrees to these Terms of Use.
