Samples are provided for evaluation and reference purposes only to assist with product selection before placing an order. Samples are approximate representations and do not guarantee product availability, color consistency, size, finish, or lot match with future purchases. Natural and manufacturing variations between samples and final materials are inherent and expected.
Complimentary Samples
Tile Samples
The first four (4) tile samples per order are provided at no charge and ship free of charge.
Hardscape Samples
The first two (2) hardscape samples per order are provided at no charge.
Additional Samples
If ordering more than the complimentary sample allowance, payment must be provided before the samples are shipped.
Additional tile samples beyond the first four are available for one dollar ($1.00) per sample as a convenience fee, plus applicable shipping and handling. A maximum of ten (10) tile samples may be ordered per transaction. Hardscape samples three (3) through six (6) are available for one dollar ($1.00) per sample. Hardscape samples ship with a flat twenty dollar ($20.00) shipping fee per order.
Sample Limits and Fair Use
To maintain availability for all customers, complimentary sample requests are limited to one sample order per household within a sixty (60) day period.
Any combination of shipping address, name, email address, phone number, or payment method may identify a household. Orders that appear to circumvent these limits or otherwise misuse the sample program may be adjusted, canceled, or declined at Aquabella’s discretion.
Aquabella reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse sample requests, or modify or discontinue the sample program at any time to prevent misuse or abuse.
Sample Condition and Returns
All sample orders are final sale. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, including any associated shipping charges. Samples may show signs of handling, variation, or minor imperfections and are not intended to represent final installation quality.
Sample Availability
Sample availability is not guaranteed. Samples may not be stocked at all locations and may require confirmation with a local Aquabella branch before fulfillment or pickup. For local pickup orders, customers are responsible for confirming availability with the selected location before placing an order.
Intended Use of Samples
Samples are not intended for installation or use in finished projects. Installation, cutting, or use of any sample material constitutes acceptance of the product as received.
Inspection Before Installation
If you proceed with a full product order, all materials must be inspected before installation, including color, shading, size, and finish. Installation of any material constitutes acceptance of the product as received. No claims will be accepted after materials have been installed. This inspection requirement is standard industry practice and is the responsibility of both the installer and the end customer.
Email and Name of Builder/Contractor/Designer
All sample requests, whether complimentary or paid, require the name and email of the builder, contractor, or designer associated with the project. This information allows us to share the selected materials with the project professional and help ensure coordination between the homeowner, the builder, and the Aquabella team.
