Aquabella® Media Bank Use Guidelines

The Aquabella Media Bank provides approved trade customers with access to product images, lifestyle photography, textures, logos, brochures, digital assets, and other professional marketing and design materials.

These guidelines apply to all materials available through the Media Bank.

1. Permitted Uses

Media Bank materials may be used for:

  • Customer presentations
  • Design proposals
  • Renderings and project visualizations
  • Websites and social media promoting Aquabella products
  • Marketing materials featuring Aquabella products
  • Product specification and sales support

Materials may only be used in connection with Aquabella products and services.

2. Product Identification

Aquabella products must always be identified accurately.

Images, textures, and product information may not be used to represent another manufacturer, collection, color, size, finish, or product.

Product names, descriptions, and details may not be changed in a way that could confuse or mislead customers.

When the Aquabella name appears in written text, the registered trademark symbol must be included with the first mention as Aquabella®. It does not need to be repeated with later mentions in the same document, page, post, or communication.

3. Lifestyle Photography and Project Credit

Some lifestyle photographs feature projects created by independent pool builders, designers, photographers, installers, or other trade partners.

When a credit is provided with a lifestyle photograph, the user must:

  • Include the credit every time the photograph is published, posted, printed, presented, or shared
  • Use the credit exactly as provided by Aquabella
  • Keep the credit visible and easy to read
  • Include the credit in the caption, post text, page copy, presentation, or another clearly visible location when it is not already included in the image

The credit may not be:

  • Removed
  • Cropped out
  • Covered
  • Changed
  • Reworded
  • Reassigned to another company or person
  • Made difficult to read

Users may not present a credited project as their own work or imply that they designed, built, photographed, installed, or completed the project.

When the credit belongs to a pool builder, the pool builder must always receive the credit exactly as provided.

If the required credit cannot be included, the photograph may not be used.

4. Logo Use

The Aquabella logo must always be used exactly as provided.

The logo may not be:

  • Recreated
  • Distorted
  • Cropped
  • Recolored
  • Rotated
  • Stretched
  • Separated from its approved elements
  • Placed on a background that makes it difficult to read
  • Modified to remove or alter the registered trademark symbol

The registered trademark symbol, shown as the circled R, is part of the approved Aquabella logo. It must always remain in the logo every time the logo is used. The registered trademark symbol may not be removed, hidden, covered, cropped, resized separately, repositioned, or altered.

The waves are also part of the Aquabella logo and may not be removed or used separately unless approved by the Aquabella Marketing Department.

Only current approved Aquabella logo files may be used.

5. Image and Texture Use

Images and textures may be resized as needed, but they may not be altered in a way that changes the appearance of the product or project.

Users may not:

  • Change product colors
  • Apply filters that alter the material
  • Remove identifying details
  • Add or remove products in a misleading way
  • Leave out required credits, copyright information, or identifying information
  • Use an image or texture to represent a different product
  • Edit an image in a way that misrepresents the final appearance of the product

Reasonable cropping for layout is permitted only when it does not change the meaning of the image, or misrepresent the project.

6. Brochures and Documents

Brochures, specification sheets, catalogs, and other documents must be used in their current approved form.

Users may not:

  • Change product information
  • Remove Aquabella branding
  • Remove legal notices, credits, trademark symbols, or disclaimers
  • Present outdated documents as current
  • Edit documents in a way that changes their meaning

7. Restrictions

Media Bank materials may not be:

  • Sold or licensed
  • Uploaded to a stock image, texture, or asset website
  • Distributed as a separate media library
  • Provided to another manufacturer
  • Used to promote competing products
  • Used in a misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized manner
  • Used in a way that suggests ownership of an image, project, design, or file
  • Used to create or promote imitation products
  • Shared with unauthorized users for purposes unrelated to Aquabella products

8. Outdated or Removed Materials

Users must stop using materials that Aquabella removes, replaces, or identifies as outdated or discontinued.

Aquabella may request that an image, texture, logo, brochure, document, or other file be removed from use.

Users must comply with removal requests within a reasonable period.

9. Ownership

Media Bank materials remain the property of Aquabella or their respective owners.

Access to the Media Bank does not transfer ownership of any image, project, design, texture, logo, brochure, document, or other file.

No rights are granted beyond the uses specifically permitted in these guidelines.

10. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for making sure that anyone working on their behalf follows these guidelines.

This includes employees, designers, marketing agencies, social media managers, contractors, and other service providers.

The business administrator is responsible for removing access when a user no longer works for or represents the business.

11. Suspension or Removal of Access

Aquabella may suspend or remove Media Bank access when:

  • Materials are used improperly
  • Required project or pool builder credits are removed or changed
  • The registered trademark symbol is removed or altered in the logo
  • Aquabella branding is altered
  • Materials are used to promote competing products
  • Files are redistributed without authorization
  • These guidelines are not followed

Aquabella may also request the removal of improperly used materials from websites, social media, presentations, printed materials, or other platforms.

12. Acceptance

By accessing, downloading, or using materials from the Aquabella Media Bank, the user agrees to follow these guidelines.
